2. Estimates & Agreements
Estimates are provided based on project details and may change if additional work or materials are required. Final agreements will be documented in writing and approved by both parties before work begins.

3. Payments

• Payment terms are agreed upon before the start of the project.
• Deposits may be required to secure scheduling and materials.
• Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise specified.
• Late or missed payments may result in added fees or suspension of services.

4. Customer Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information and access to the project site.
• Ensure the work area is safe and ready for service.
• Approve all materials and design selections prior to installation.
• Communicate project changes in a timely manner.

5. Warranties & Limitations

• Paramount Bath stands behind its workmanship and may offer limited warranties depending on the service provided.
• Warranties do not cover misuse, lack of maintenance, or third-party damage.
• Liability is limited to the cost of services rendered and does not extend to indirect or incidental damages.

6. Scheduling, Cancellations & Delays
Appointments must be rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Unforeseen conditions such as weather, supply issues, or property access may delay project completion.

7. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, payments are not met, or project information is misrepresented.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which we operate. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
